Rolling Dough into Balls

Gently roll each piece of dough into a ball (A-B).
Cup your fingers around the ball and shape it by pulling it towards you and slightly to the right or left, allowing friction against the table to help tighten the surface of the dough (C).
It will be smooth and firm enough to hold its shape (D).
Transfer the balls to the baking sheet (E).
