Roll out your preshaped tube into a 10-inch strand (A-C).

Let rest for 5 minutes. Roll one end over the other allowing for a 1-inch (2.5 cm) hole (D).
Pull the long end under and through the hole (E–F).
Pull the same end under and through the hole again (G–I).
Pinch both ends together over the center of the roll (J–K).
Flip over as shown (L–M).
