Esrom

Esrom is a pale yellow semisoft cheese from Denmark with a butterlike texture and numerous irregular holes. It has a rich lightly aromatic flavor which becomes spicier with age. It is made from pasteurized cows’ milk and comes in a long, foil-wrapped loaf. (253)
