Toasting nuts and seeds

I generally toast nuts and seeds in the oven as you get a nice even finish.
Preheat your oven to 170°C fan.
Spread the nuts on a baking tray and bake until golden brown (10 to 15 minutes), moving the nuts around halfway through.
