Jennifer Bice and her partner Steven Schack are leading breeders of dairy goats and have been making cheese since 1978. The farm is located in Sebastopol, which is right in the heart of wine country, with a beautiful green landscape of apple orchards, forests and meadows as well as the world-famous vineyards.
Their breeds include Alpine, Nubian and Saanen goats, which all produce good quality and quantity milk. The goats are left to roam and forage outside during the fine weather, and when the rain and wind become uncomfortable as the season changes the animals are brought inside to keep warm.
