  • About
More robustly flavored than fresh fruits, dried fruits add flavor and a pleasantly chewy texture to cheese plates. Dried stone fruits, such as apricots, nectarines, or peaches, are delicious with Cheddars; dates are a good fit with grana padano or pecorino; and figs pair nicely with blues and goat cheeses.
Apples, apricots, cranberries, dates (Medjool), figs (Smyrna, Calimyrna), nectarines, raisins
