  • About

Meaty and briny, olives are natural mates for almost any cheese, from feta to Parmesan, mozzarella to Cheddar, and can be paired with other savory accompaniments, such as nuts or charcuterie. For a good Spanish-inspired match, serve Warm Citrus Olives with any Spanish cheese, such as Garrotxa or Manchego; for an Italian offering, serve oil-cured olives with a pecorino.
