Chèvrefeuille

Like many of the foodstuffs that come out of Périgord, this cheese, with its pure white interior and gently tart flavor, is loaded with character. Fashioned in a variety of shapes, it is sometimes sold plain and other times sprinkled with herbs and peppercorns.
