  • About
Central Point, Oregon
This creamery, which dates back to the Great Depression, regularly garners attention for its innovative and expanding selection of artisanal blues. Rogue River Blue, made in the style of Roquefort, is aged in caves for up to a year and then wrapped in brandy-soaked grape leaves. The most potent cheese in the line is the Crater Lake Blue, and the most unusual is the Smokey Blue, which is cold smoked over hazelnut shells for an inimitable Oregon cheese.
