Chicken Bouillon Powder

As a flavor enhancer, often used for quick stock, chicken bouillon powder is a yellow, dry seasoning. It’s salty and highly concentrated, so a little bit goes a long way. It often comes in a small canister and my go-to brand is Lee Kum Kee. Like chicken bouillon cubes, it brings intense chicken flavor when mixed with water. It often contains MSG, which brings a layer of umami as well.
