There are a lot of different types of salt: Himalayan pink salt, sea salt, and coarse salt, just to name a few. And, depending on which salt you use, the recipe tastes drastically different. So, my choice of salt is always Diamond Crystal Kosher salt because it sticks to food easily and it’s not overly salty. It’s one of the most important pantry ingredients, and I highly recommend using this kosher salt if you don’t have it already!
