Kewpie Mayo

This Japanese mayonnaise has unique tangy flavors. It’s creamy and rich with a touch of sweetness. It’s slightly yellower than traditional mayonnaise because of the inclusion of egg yolks. If you want to mimic the flavors of Kewpie mayo, mix regular mayo with a dash of rice wine vinegar and a little bit of sugar.
