Choi Sum (Brassica parachinensis), Chinese Flowering Cabbage

The favourite vegetable of the Cantonese, it is distinguished by its yellow flowers and long stems of about 15–20 cm (6–8 in), and is generally known by its Cantonese name, choi sum.
