Hoisin Sauce

Meaning fresh fragrance of the sea and looking lusciously-dark brown, the sauce has a savoury-sweet and tangy taste. It is made of salt, sugar, soy beans, wheat flour, vinegar, garlic, chilli and sesame oil and is sold in cans and bottles.
