Good-Quality Vinegars

Katz vinegar (store.katzfarm.com), based out of the Napa Valley, is my go-to brand for apple cider, red, and white wine vinegars. Drizzle them on anything for a bright lift instead of citrus, or use them in a salad dressing. I do splurge occasionally for good-quality balsamic as well; it’s so worth it. Acetaia San Giacomo, produced in Novellara, Italy, is my favorite.
