  • About
When eating long pasta, as soon as it arrives in front of you, loosen it on the plate to distribute the sauce evenly. Then, lift a few strands and push them to the side of your plate to make some space to turn the fork, then twist the pasta strands around the fork. Put the curled ball of pasta elegantly into your mouth. Never allow strands to hang from your mouth nor cut long strands with your teeth. The use of a spoon with the fork is considered impolite by Italians.
