  • About

Peanuts are grown in Italy, mainly in Puglia and Campania, to be eaten toasted and salted with drinks. The majority of the peanuts grown in Italy are used to make groundnut oil for frying, while those used in the confectionery industry to make torrone are imported from Africa, India and America.
