Campari

This aperitif, known worldwide, is made from an infusion of herbs, with alcohol (about 18%), sugar, water and the typical red colouring. It is drunk chilled, mixed with soda water or orange juice. It is also used to produce sorbets, like Campari and passion fruit sorbet.
