Vermentino di Gallura

The Gallura is the northernmost tip of Sardinia, in the provinces of Sassari and Nuoro. The very dry straw-yellow white wine made with Vermentino grapes has a deep and delicate bouquet and slightly bitter aftertaste, making it ideal for fish, especially Crustacea.
