Peapods: Snow Peas / Honey or Sugar Peas

APPEARANCE: Edible peapods measure 2 to 4 inches long and about 1 inch wide, with a stalk at one end and, often, the remains or the flower at the other. Snow peas, illustrated below, are flexible and nat, with bulges where the peas are growing. There are two types: robust and dainty. The robust peapods are about twice the size, both length and width, of the smaller ones.
