Color

The color of infused tea is quite often misleading; sometimes a cup will look as pale as water yet have a strong taste; sometimes tea will be nearly black but lack any pungency in either aroma or taste. Color, then, is unrelated to taste. Brew by quantity and the clock, not by color!
