Prepare according to the recipe. Do not cut vents in the top crust until ready to bake. Wrap, label, and freeze. To bake, unwrap the unthawed pie, make slits in the top crust, place it in a preheated oven (at the temperature specified in the recipe), and bake, allowing 10 to 15 minutes longer than the recipe time.
