Radishes with Butter

Sometimes the simplest things in life are the best. Am I right? Let some butter come to room temperature so it’s nice and creamy, then slice some radishes in half, spread with the butter, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Ahhhh … the spicy flavor of the radish is mellowed by the rich butter and the salt brings it all together. Serve with an ice-cold apéritif.
