Potsticker Wrappers

Potsticker Wrappers (a.k.a. Dumpling Wrappers or Gyoza Wrappers) are similar to wonton wrappers, but are round. When making potstickers or other dumplings, you can cut wonton wrappers into a round shape with a cookie cutter.
