Luckily tomato time coincides with the invasion of guests, so we can dish out industrial-size bowls of our pomodoro concoctions at lunch (which usually vanish in a minute) so our hungry campers need only prosciutto and melon, salads and fruit to satisfy them after the pasta course. Then its usually a coma for the afternoon as we have been known to drink lashings of vino bianco.
This is the absolute favourite with the family and kids. It was first performed for us in Sirolo by our Napolitano secretary.
