The yogurt aisle should be renamed the dessert aisle. It’s scary how much sugar is in these tiny little containers. The whole point of eating yogurt is to get some probiotic bacteria in your gut. Well that doesn’t mean much when there’s three to four teaspoons of added sugar also. Sugar kills gut bacteria, which is why you only want to eat plain, organic, or 100% grass-fed, whole-milk yogurt.
