  • About

Once there was an elderly lady passing by a church in December just as a novice priest was setting out the nacimiento, the Nativity scene, in front. She walked up to him as he was placing the figures of a kneeling man and woman and asked who those were. The young priest explained about Joseph and Mary. Then she pointed to the manger and asked why that was there. When the priest told her, she went on to ask the meaning of the oxen, the angels and shepherds, the star, and the Three Wise Men. When every question was answered he had told her the whole Christmas story.
