Dumpling Steamer

Stacked steamers are mainly used for steaming stuffed dumplings (momos). They are made of aluminum or stainless steel and comprised of two to three racks with holes allowing steam to pass through. The bottom pot holds water and has a domed lid that prevents water from dripping onto the steamed food. The top rack accommodates a large quantity of food. They are generally available in Asian supermarkets.
