Sphere Ice Mold

There are a few recipes in this book that I like to call “mocktail bombs.” Essentially, a mocktail bomb is a frozen ball made from mixing different juices together. You add it to your glass and top it with ginger beer or club soda for an exciting drink experience. To achieve the perfect spherical shape, I recommend a silicone sphere ice mold.
