Quark is every German’s must-have dairy. It’s super versatile and has a consistency similar to thick-strained Greek yogurt, but it doesn’t taste as tart. In German cooking and baking, it is used to make Käsekuchen and Quark Dips and is commonly eaten on its own with granola and fruit, or mixed with fruit compotes, just like you would eat yogurt.
