I fell in love with these as a game-night option, the flat-bottomed spoons often used for wonton and other Asian soups. I serve a number of different salads in these spoons, which guests can enjoy in one tidy mouthful. And you can alter the presentation of other recipes to serve in bite-sized portions for a larger crowd. Consider nixing the bread from the Chicken Salad Sandwiches with Orange and Walnuts and serve the salad on spoons instead. Or slice the Grilled Garlicky Mushrooms and serve a few slices in a spoon instead of serving them whole on a small pick.
