  • About
This simple syrup can be used to add a touch of sweetness to cocktails, iced tea, and other cold beverages. Combine 1 cup water and ¾ cup sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring to help the sugar dissolve. Boil for 1 minute, then set the pan aside to cool completely before using. Makes about ¾ cup. Refrigerate any extra in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
