  • About

Coarsely ground (sand-textured) wheat flour, rawa/suji contains the wheat’s endosperm and germ, but not the bran, and is available in fine, medium, and coarse grinds. You can substitute farina (Cream of Wheat cereal), which is made from soft wheat; or semolina flour, which is made from harder durum wheat.
