Most batters can be dropped into different vessels to feel like an entirely different dish. Blueberry cornmeal cake in a muffin tin can become blueberry muffins. Zucchini muffins can be thrown into a cake pan and become a teacake. But remember, smaller things bake faster and larger things take more time.
