Puff Pastry

I very rarely make my own pastry. If the shop-bought product is amazing then why spend hours in the kitchen trying to perfect it! I always buy the ready-rolled version as it’s super easy to use and the quantity is perfect for my recipe servings. A roll tends to keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks when bought but can also be frozen and defrosted.
