Slow Cooker

I have dedicated a whole section of this cookbook to slow cooker recipes, such is my love for the slow cooker! But listen up … you do not have to spend a lot of money on one. The more expensive options have timers etc., but I use a £13 supermarket slow cooker and it’s one of my most-loved kitchen gadgets.
