Shallow Casserole Dish

Probably my second-favourite piece of kitchen equipment is a shallow casserole dish. I use it for all my One-Pot Wonder recipes along with a lot of other recipes cooked on the hob or in the oven. Again, you don’t have to spend a lot of money. Basic cast-iron casserole dishes start from about £30 online and will last you years.
