Freezing Tray or Plate

You will see that in lots of recipes I recommend ‘flash-freezing’ foods. This stops foods like chicken goujons, muffins and cookies from sticking together when frozen. I have a specific plastic tray that I use as my freezing tray. I know it fits perfectly into my freezer and I would recommend you have a look in your kitchen for something similar.
