Silicone Muffin Cases

Silicone muffin cases are a great alternative to paper cases. They are obviously reusable, but they are also completely non-stick making them ideal for ‘healthier’ muffins that don’t have a high fat content and are more likely to stick to paper cases. I also use them as little inserts in the kids’ lunch box. They are perfect for holding berries and chopped veg or for keeping foods separated from each other.
