Woks

Nonstick wide woks are perfect tools for deep-frying. A wok is my preferred tool for frying whole fish. A wok can be challenging to fit on the stove with other pots, particularly once you start frying. Unless you buy a large one, though, it’s typically best suited for cooking in small batches.
