  • About
In most recipes, I have specified canola oil or other neutral vegetable oil. By neutral I mean bland, so you might use safflower, corn, or another oil that has little or no flavor. I use canola oil for stir-frying as well as deep-frying because it gets hot without smoking, and it has no taste.
