Turbot or Turbotin: Andalouse

Cook the turbotin in a fish dish with roundels of onions, dice of tomatoes, minced mushrooms, julienne of sweet pimento, sprinkled with crumbs and bits of butter, moistened with white wine and fish stock, cooked in oven.
