Bitoks, Fricadelles, Keftedes: Fricadelles

Two parts of cooked meat mixed with one part of mashed potatoes, cooked chopped onions, chopped parsley, egg, season and mix together, , shape and cook, serve with vegetable purée and highly seasoned sauces.
