Fruits: Ninon (Cold)

Pineapple, Strawberries.—In timbale, vanilla ice, scoop out centre, pineapple slices dressed on ice, garnish the centre with wild strawberries in a pyramid, cover with raspberry purée, sprinkle with chopped pistachioes.
