Seasoned Tofu is available in many flavours and is great for adding texture to dishes. Tofu is also known as bean curd, and is made by coagulating soy milk. Unseasoned tofu has a bland flavour, which makes it very versatile, as it takes on the aromatics of other ingredients it is cooked with. It is high in protein, and low in fat.
