  • About
  1. Grease the pan. Cut a strip of paper the same width as the pan and 6 in/15 cm more than the length. Press the strip lengthwise into the pan, so the ends overlap the edge. Grease the paper.
  2. Cut a second strip of paper as wide as the pan’s length and 6 in/15 cm longer than the width. Press the paper crosswise into the base of the pan and grease it also.
