  • About
  1. With a small pointed knife, trace the lines of eyes that twist around the pineapple; cut round, following the lines and slanting the knife inwards at a 45 degree angle.

  2. Cut along the other side of the same line of eyes, slanting the knife in the opposite direction. The cuts should meet in the middle, under the eyes. Lift out and discard the strip of peel. Continue cutting along the other lines until all of the peel has been removed.
