Appears in

By Anne Willan

Published 1989

  • About
With its soft, pulpy flesh that is full of juice and clings so tightly to the flat stone, mango is one of the most difficult fruits to cut neatly. In method one, the mango is halved and then cut in cubes from the peel. In method two, the mango is peeled, then the flesh is sliced from the stone.
