Foil

Made of aluminum, this is easily molded to shape and conducts heat well. It is used to enclose ingredients for baking, to cover dishes in the oven and to line baking sheets. Its resistance to heat makes it ideal for enclosing foods on an outdoor grill. Foil must be greased to prevent food sticking to it.
