Sterilising

To sterilise glass jars, wash them thoroughly in hot soapy water and then rinse under hot water. Place on a baking tray and put in an oven preheated to 120°C (235°F/Gas ½) until the jars are completely dry. Leave them in the oven until you are ready to fill them.
